Before they had a home, Cercer already had a community. Gabin & Baptiste spent months popping up across Paris — setting up their sandwiches in cafés, wine cellars, and friends' places — before finally opening their doors at 5 rue Charles François Dupuis in January 2026. Their thing: the "Cerdwich", a sandwich conceived as a proper dish. Bread fresh out of the oven each morning, carefully sourced ingredients, sauces crafted recipe by recipe. Alongside that, serious coffee and regular collabs with the food brands they love. The menu is short, the space is small, the standards are anything but. Open Wednesday through Sunday — because the rest of the week, they're busy preparing what comes next. ☕
